Great in every way, my 1972 Chevy is sure to delights its next owner. This truck looks wonderful, drives beautifully, and sounds unbelievable. It has around 2,000 miles on it given that a full overhaul and engine restore, consisting of transmission and four wheel drive transfer case. The odometer reads 7,800 or so, but I have no idea the specific original mileage. Neither does the previous owner however based upon its condition, we don't feel this is a very high mileage truck. I honestly do not believe it just has 7,800 miles on it. Great looking paint (less than two years of ages) and tons of new chrome. Really very straight and extremely really strong and clean, including underneath. The truck has been raised, and sports Goodrich 33s on chrome rims. Ceramic headers and dual Flowmasters provide the truck an incredible throaty noise to the initial 350 V8 that was entirely reconstructed. This truck will drop the highway at 75 with ease. If you desire it to be, a genuine head turner and still a day-to-day motorist. I live five miles from work and drive it work most days during the summer season. I have my eye on something else so this one should go. She is not a trailer queen, and has a few minor imperfections, however overall an excellent looking truck and a trustworthy car. Everything looks and works real to the initial chevy specifications. This is one gorgeous machine. Its there and works however its not wired. Theres a few minor paint scratches, absolutely nothing you can see from a couple of feet but she does have a number of nicks. Absolutely absolutely nothing considerable that cant be quickly retouched. The paint around the antenna has minor fractures, and a small bit of overspray on the rubber in one or 2 areas. The guiding wheel is an initial reproduction. The bed has a few dings and marks, again absolutely nothing substantial. I set up a set of chrome door sills that require to come off once again and get shaved down a few mills. I left them on but they make the doors a little more challenging to close. The rims have a little glazing occasionally. They still look fantastic, but they are revealing signs of wear. Ive never tried anything to clean them up as I believe theyre fine, but theres lots of alternatives on the market for getting these back to new condition. Generally this is a sweet machine. Ive thoroughly enjoyed it and get compliments on it everywhere I take it. Program it on a Saturday night and afterwards taker her four-wheeling on Sunday. This is an extremely enjoyable truck to drive, to show, and to possess. As a devoted antique car/truck collector, Ive saw these trucks are valuing perfectly too. $1,000 deposit by means of paypal at close of auction, 72 hours to complete sale after that.
